Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget/forecast.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and capital investments.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide market insights.




- Streamline and improve FP&A; processes and reporting tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for planning and analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Acapulco, Guerrero , and work on-site.
