About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Coordinador/a Pedagógico para Educación Inicial to lead and enhance the educational programs at their state-of-the-art facility in Puebla, Puebla. This leadership position is critical in ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education are met and exceeded. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, guiding teaching staff, and fostering an innovative and nurturing learning environment for children from 0 to 5 years. This role demands a strong pedagogical background, exceptional leadership qualities, and a genuine commitment to child development. You will play a key role in shaping the educational philosophy and operational excellence of our client's preschool programs in Puebla, contributing directly to the positive growth and learning experiences of hundreds of young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and evaluate the early childhood curriculum in alignment with national educational standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for teaching staff.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong home-school partnerships.
- Manage administrative tasks related to curriculum, staffing, and program evaluation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in early childhood education.
- Organize and facilitate parent workshops and community outreach events.




- Oversee the assessment and evaluation of children's developmental progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation for early years.
- Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its application in early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of local educational regulations in Puebla, Puebla.
