Jsheldllc seeks a Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead to advance people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR tech strategy. Based in Mexico, you’ll support a general HR organization, translating needs into scalable data, governance, and system design across platforms.
You will collaborate with HR Leaders, Legal, IT, and vendors; align with EST business hours; drive end-to-end solutions, and ensure governance and reporting excellence across locations.
