About the Role

Our client, a prominent production house specializing in corporate and commercial content, is seeking an experienced Gestor de Proyectos Audiovisuales to oversee projects from conception to delivery. Based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico , this role requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints. You will be the key point of contact for clients and production teams, ensuring seamless execution of all creative and logistical aspects. The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of video production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all phases of audiovisual projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other crew members.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Oversee resource allocation, including equipment, personnel, and facilities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and creative objectives.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Track project expenditures and manage budget adherence.
- Organize and lead production meetings.
- Facilitate a collaborative and efficient working environment in a hybrid setting.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on set.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audiovisual project management or production management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing diverse video production projects (e.g., commercials, corporate videos, documentaries).
- Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, from script to final cut.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with creative teams and clients.
- Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote coordination with on-site supervision when necessary.
- Knowledge of current audiovisual technology and trends.
