This role is essential for managing and optimizing the company's procurement activities and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relations. You will play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier management.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.




- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain functions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
