Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data, customer behavior,



and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Enhance the user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of the website.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage the e-commerce budget effectively and monitor ROI for all digital initiatives.
- Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
- Report on e-commerce performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully growing online sales and profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in the Nuevo León market or with businesses headquartered there is highly valued.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with office collaboration in Monterrey .
