About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding restaurant group, is looking for a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a passion for operational excellence and a proven ability to drive efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple restaurant locations, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistent brand standards are met across the board. Your expertise in optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and enhancing customer experience will be crucial. This is a remote-first position, requiring strong self-discipline and excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and initiatives from a distance. You will be instrumental in shaping the operational future of our client's growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistent brand standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with HR to support staffing, training, and performance management of on-site teams.
- Conduct regular virtual site visits and operational audits.




- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in restaurant operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in multi-unit restaurant management or operations.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams remotely.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain brand standards.
- Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Based in Mexico with a stable internet connection and a suitable home office.
