About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and disposables, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures for staff handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the cleaning and sanitation industry.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning and sanitation sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning services.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic budgeting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX or understanding of local operational contexts is a plus.
