Key Responsibilities

- Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and specialized therapies for acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations and treatment plans.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage to maintain results between appointments.
- Offer expert advice on makeup application, color theory, and cosmetic product selection.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Manage client appointments, maintain detailed records, and process payments accurately.
- Contribute to sales efforts by recommending and selling retail beauty products tailored to client needs.




- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills.

Requirements

- Licensed esthetician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in performing diverse esthetic treatments and using advanced skincare equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong sales and consultation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and product formulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and client management software.
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Must possess a valid esthetician license in Mexico.
