About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized leader in HR consulting, is seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant for Global Recruitment and International Mobility. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while serving a diverse international client base. You will be instrumental in designing and executing complex recruitment strategies for multinational corporations, with a specific focus on cross-border talent acquisition and managing the intricacies of international employee relocation. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent worldwide.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, including executive positions.
- Advise clients on international labor laws, visa requirements, and compliance for global workforce deployment.
- Oversee expatriate assignments, including relocation support, compensation, and benefits structuring.
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking for global compensation and talent trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with global recruitment partners and service providers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across borders.




- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of global recruitment best practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, International Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in integral talent acquisition, international HR, or mobility consulting.
- Proven expertise in managing executive searches and complex international recruitment projects.
- In-depth knowledge of global labor laws, immigration regulations, and expatriate tax implications.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with global HRIS and recruitment platforms.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
