About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive specializing in Commercial Cleaning Services for the Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX region. This pivotal role involves managing existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional cleaning solutions. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial cleaning industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
- Manage a portfolio of existing commercial cleaning service accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored cleaning proposals for potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and client value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.




- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the commercial cleaning or facility services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a strong client base.
- Excellent understanding of commercial cleaning services, operations, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at various levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Experience working within the Querétaro City, Querétaro, MX market is highly advantageous.
