About the Role

Our client, a leading developer recognized for its innovative urban and commercial projects, is seeking a dedicated Arquitecto de Planificación y Desarrollo de Proyectos to join their team in Puebla, Puebla, MX . This role is crucial for the successful initiation and execution of new developments, involving everything from initial site analysis and feasibility studies to detailed planning and coordination with various stakeholders. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, defining project parameters, and ensuring that projects align with the company's strategic goals and market demands. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough site analyses, feasibility studies, and market research for potential new projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, construction) and external consultants throughout the planning phase.
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and entitlements from local authorities.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for project viability and progress.
- Liaise with property owners, investors, and community stakeholders.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the initial design stages,



ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress against established milestones and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural project planning, development, or management.
- Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, permitting processes, and municipal approvals in Mexico.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage external relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
