About the Role

Our client, a prominent national restaurant chain, is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online presence. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies within the food service or hospitality sector. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales through various digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and data analytics. You will play a crucial role in shaping our client's digital footprint and connecting with a wider audience. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze website and campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.




- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, creative) to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and track ROI for all initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
