Molex is seeking a Quality Superintendent to lead the quality strategy on the production floor. You will drive problem-solving, ensure IATF 16949 compliance, and strengthen process performance across shifts.
You will manage a team of engineers, technicians, and auditors, collaborating with Production and Engineering to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement in electronic assembly and PCB manufacturing.
