What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Support and monitor corporate governance processes.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation and records.
- Assist with personal data protection and privacy matters.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Experience in corporate legal departments or corporate law practice.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
