About the Role

Our client is seeking an visionary Director of Innovation in Teaching Methods to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This leadership role is paramount in driving the evolution of pedagogical approaches across the organization, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of educational excellence. You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and piloting innovative teaching methodologies, technologies, and learning strategies that enhance student engagement, comprehension, and overall academic achievement. This includes fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within our faculty and educational staff. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in educational leadership, curriculum development, and the successful implementation of novel pedagogical initiatives.



Expertise in areas such as project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, blended learning, and the integration of AI in education is highly desirable. As this is a remote position, exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, conducted virtually, are essential.
