Key Responsibilities

Requirements

MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier business school, with a focus on Strategy or International Business. Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or global business development, preferably with significant international exposure. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing complex global business strategies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to global audiences. Proven experience managing virtual teams and leading projects remotely. Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis tools, and collaborative digital platforms. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage. Must be highly self-motivated, disciplined, and adept at working independently in a remote setup.
