Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop departmental budgets and monitor spending.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.




- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant financial information and analysis.
- Stay informed about industry financial trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or a related role.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Guadalajara, Jalisco , for the hybrid work arrangement.
