About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cutting-edge social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling and shareable content across various social platforms, aligning with brand voice and objectives.
- Identify and test new growth channels and tactics for customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze social media and website traffic data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Manage and grow online communities, fostering meaningful interactions with customers and influencers.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales,



and product teams to ensure integrated digital campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, and online growth.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, native platform insights).
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Excellent creative and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a hybrid model in Zapopan.
