Mondelez México seeks a Manager, Manufacturing Excellence to lead end-to-end Operational Excellence and TPM deployment across the Puebla Plant. You will coach cross-functional teams, embed continuous improvement, and drive sustainable gains in productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency.
You will partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain to align strategies with business priorities and deliver a zero-loss mindset across the site.
