About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analista de Compras y Abastecimiento Táctico to join their procurement operations in Mérida, Yucatán, MX . This role is crucial for executing day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services required for business operations. Key Responsibilities

- Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Source goods and services based on approved supplier lists and competitive bidding for tactical purchases.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor order status and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

- Familiarity with procurement processes and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
