Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential development sites and opportunities in Querétaro .
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Secure necessary permits, zoning approvals, and entitlements.
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other development partners.
- Oversee the construction phase, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of land use regulations, construction processes, and real estate finance in Querétaro .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and external consultants effectively.Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
