The idóneo candidate will be adept at leveraging technology to monitor operations, implement best practices, and achieve operational excellence from a distance. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and direct all warehouse operations remotely, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and inventory management processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, and costs.
- Lead, coach, and develop remote warehouse supervisors and teams to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all warehouse facilities.
- Manage budgets and control operational expenses for the warehouse network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and transportation, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Implement and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency.




- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse operations management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing warehouse operations and teams, preferably with remote oversight experience.
- Expertise in WMS, ERP systems, and other relevant logistics technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote workforce.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
