About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and design tools.




- Optimize user flows for maximum usability and conversion.
- Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and comfortable with a hybrid work model in Querétaro City .
