About the Role

Our client, a leading international fast-food chain, is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for their busy location in Mexicali, Baja California. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand standards. The Branch Manager will lead a diverse team, manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to drive sales and guest satisfaction. This is an on-site position that requires strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for the fast-food industry. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Drive sales initiatives and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.




- Oversee cash management procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant facilities.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast food or quick-service environments.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of P&L; statements, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mexicali, Baja California.
