About the Role

Our client, a boutique styling agency located in Cuernavaca, Morelos , is seeking a talented and perceptive Consultor de Imagen y Estilo Personal to join their team. This is a remote, part-time position, allowing you to build your client base and manage your schedule with flexibility. You will be responsible for providing personalized style guidance to individuals, helping them define and refine their personal image to boost confidence and achieve their goals. This includes wardrobe analysis, color consultations, body shape assessment, and shopping assistance. The idóneo candidate possesses a keen eye for fashion, an understanding of current trends, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. You will work remotely, conducting virtual consultations and providing tailored advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients' style goals, lifestyle, and budget.
- Provide personalized wardrobe analysis and recommendations for wardrobe expansion or culling.
- Offer expert advice on color palettes and body shape flattering clothing.
- Assist clients in developing a cohesive and functional personal style.
- Create digital lookbooks and style guides tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide virtual shopping assistance and recommendations for online purchases.
- Educate clients on styling techniques and dressing for specific occasions or body types.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, designers, and retail options.




- Maintain client confidentiality and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Manage your own client appointments and virtual communication effectively.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Personal Stylist, Image Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and body shape analysis.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with clients virtually and provide empathetic, tailored advice.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, video conferencing software).
- A passion for fashion and helping others build confidence through style.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
- Portfolio showcasing previous styling work or client transformations is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of online retail platforms and personal shopping services.
- Creative flair and a sophisticated sense of style.
