About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of sustainable architectural projects, focusing on energy efficiency and renewable resource integration.
- Develop architectural concepts and master plans that incorporate green building strategies and certifications.
- Specify sustainable materials and technologies for building construction and renovation.
- Analyze building energy performance and implement strategies for optimization using advanced modeling tools.
- Research and integrate innovative renewable energy systems (solar, geothermal, etc.) into architectural designs.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams, engineers, consultants,



and clients to achieve sustainability goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sustainable design aspects of projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainable architecture and energy efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues on sustainable design practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a specialization in Sustainable Design.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven focus on sustainable and energy-efficient projects.
- In-depth knowledge of green building rating systems (LEED Accredited Professional preferred).
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus, IES VE) and architectural design tools (Revit, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of building science and passive design strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with the design and integration of renewable energy systems.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
