TheRole-SalesforceAdministrator

TheSalesforceAdministratorisresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagement,configuration,andsupportoftheSalesforceplatform.AspartoftheSalesforceCentreofExcellence(CoE),thisroleensuresthestability,usability,andsecurityofSalesforceenvironments,whilesupportingbusinessuserswithqueries,enhancements,andissueresolution.TheSalesforceAdministratorplaysakeyroleinplatformoperations,usermanagement,dataoptimisationandongoingimprovementstodeliverarobustandefficientCRMexperiencealignedwithbusinessobjectives.Therightindividualwillplayakeyroleinaidingourteamtodeliver24/5globalsupport.

What you will do

SalesforceManagement&Support;

- Manageuseraccounts,roles,permissionsets,profiles,andsecuritysettings.




- Handleday-to-daysupportrequestsandsystemadministrationtasks.
- Monitorsystemperformance,conductroutinemaintenance,andmanagescheduledjobs.
- Performdataimports,deduplication,anddataqualitychecks.

Configuration&Enhancement;

- Configureobjects,fields,pagelayouts,recordtypes,andlistviews.
- Buildreportsanddashboardstosupportbusinessdecision-making.
- Createandmaintaindeclarativeautomationsuchasvalidationrules,workflows,andflows.
- Assistwithuseracceptancetestinganddeploymentofconfigurationchanges.

Training&Documentation;

- Providetrainingandguidancetousersacrossteamstoensureeffectiveplatformuse.
- Maintainplatformdocumentationincludingconfigurationrecords,userguides,andFAQs.
- Contributetouseronboardingandplatformadoptionactivities.
- Serveasaliaisonbetweenendusersandtechnicalteamstorelayfeedbackandenhancementopportunities.

Skills we're looking for

- EssentialSkills&Experience;
- ExperienceadministeringSalesforceenvironments(SalesCloud,ServiceCloud,orRevenueCloud).
- StrongknowledgeofSalesforcestandardfunctionalityandconfigurationtools.
- Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandsupportrequestsinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Proficiencywithdatatools(e.g.,DataLoader).

- DesirableSkills

- RelevantSalesforceCertifications.
- Experiencewithusertrainingorplatformadoptioninitiatives.
- ExperiencewithSOQL,PromptEngineering&Flows;
- FamiliaritywithDevOpstoolssuchasGearset,Copado,orSFDX.
- ExperienceworkingwithAgile,product-centricdeliverymodels,orCoEs.
- ProficientandFluentinadoptionandapplicationofAItoolingandsolutions
