About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Urban Planning and Design Civil Engineer to contribute to the development of sustainable and vibrant communities in Zapopan, Jalisco, MX . This role involves the planning, design, and integration of infrastructure projects within urban environments, focusing on aspects such as transportation, utilities, and public spaces. Key Responsibilities

- Develop conceptual and detailed designs for urban infrastructure projects, including streets, sidewalks, plazas, and utility systems.
- Collaborate with urban planners, architects, landscape architects, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for urban development projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and presentations for urban planning initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Urban Planning or Design.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in urban planning, civil design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and GIS is essential.
- Strong understanding of urban design principles, land use planning, and zoning laws.
- Experience with sustainable urban development practices and green infrastructure.
