About the Role

Our client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their cutting-edge team. This is a fully remote, cloud-native position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Deploy models into production environments, ensuring robustness, reliability, and scalability.
- Monitor model performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.





Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their ML services.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
