Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions across various sectors.
- Develop detailed search strategies, including market mapping, organizational analysis, and target identification.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through extensive networking, professional databases, and direct outreach.
- Build and nurture a strong professional network of executive talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
- Present highly qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations.




- Manage the executive search process from inception to successful placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and specific talent requirements.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence on key industries and talent pools.
- Represent the consultancy with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level recruitment, preferably with a reputable consulting firm.
- Demonstrated success in placing senior leadership roles and building executive-level networks.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and market intelligence gathering skills.
- Proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools, CRM systems, and professional networking platforms.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage complex searches, multiple projects, and tight deadlines effectively.
