About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator of Maintenance and Cleaning Services to oversee both the upkeep and sanitation of their facilities in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX. This dual-responsibility role is vital for ensuring a safe, functional, and presentable environment. The Coordinator will manage a team responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and comprehensive cleaning operations. The idóneo candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a broad understanding of facility maintenance procedures, and expertise in sanitation protocols. You will be responsible for scheduling tasks, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with external vendors when necessary. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols for all facility areas.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff, ensuring efficient and effective task completion.
- Coordinate and manage routine maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and sanitation issues.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance parts, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.




- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations for both cleaning and maintenance.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, cleaning schedules, and supply usage.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a combined role involving cleaning supervision.
- Proven knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and common repairs.
- Experience in developing and implementing cleaning and sanitation programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a commercial/industrial setting.
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed.
- Experience working in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX or similar environments is highly desirable.
