About the Role

Our client, a prominent management consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic Organizational Consulting Specialist for a fully remote position, supporting clients in the Tlaquepaque, Jalisco region and beyond. This role is pivotal in helping organizations enhance their structure, culture, and human capital management to achieve strategic objectives. You will work with diverse clients to diagnose organizational challenges, design effective structures, and implement change initiatives focused on improving employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an expert in organizational design, change management, talent management, and has a strong aptitude for leveraging technology in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities

- Assess current organizational structures, culture, and talent management practices.
- Design and recommend optimal organizational structures to support strategic goals.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Advise on talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and focus groups to gather insights and drive organizational alignment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to diagnose organizational issues and measure the impact of interventions.
- Coach and advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and leadership development.




- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in organizational psychology and human resources.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational consulting, HR strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management strategies.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture assessment, and employee engagement drivers.
- Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client relationships remotely.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
