About the Role

Our client, a leading childcare provider in Chihuahua, Chihuahua , is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Director of Daycare and Child Welfare. This key leadership position requires a dedicated individual committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The Director will oversee all aspects of the daycare center's operations, including educational programming, staff management, regulatory compliance, and parent engagement. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the daycare center, ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate daycare staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and center activities.
- Oversee the budget, manage financial operations, and ensure efficient resource allocation for the center.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care and education.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating physical environment.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community outreach events.




- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by parents, staff, or children promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to childcare and child welfare in Chihuahua .

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of child development principles, pedagogy, and best practices in childcare.
- Proven experience in staff management, curriculum development, and operational oversight of a daycare facility.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations for childcare centers in Mexico.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
