Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with client business objectives and market dynamics.




- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialized roles across multiple countries and regions.
- Leverage a variety of international sourcing channels, including advanced search techniques, professional networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and assessments, adapting methodologies for diverse cultural contexts.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on global talent trends, compensation strategies, and cross-cultural hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of international clients.
- Collaborate with international HR teams and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Requirements

- Master's degree in International Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in international talent acquisition, executive search, or global HR consulting.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior leadership roles across different continents and industries.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
