Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements focused on business growth, market entry, and revenue enhancement. Develop and present strategic recommendations for sustainable business expansion. Manage project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Conduct in-depth market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior client executives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the client portfolio. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of high performance. Collaborate with internal experts to leverage best practices and insights.

Requirements





Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or business development, with a focus on growth strategies. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex growth-oriented projects. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Familiarity with the business environment and opportunities in Querétaro and central Mexico. Fluency in Spanish is essential; strong command of English is highly preferred.
