Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert accounting and financial advice to a portfolio of clients.
- Assist clients with financial statement preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Ensure clients are compliant with all relevant tax laws (ISR, IVA) and accounting standards (NIFs).
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support client business planning.
- Identify opportunities for clients to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Conduct financial health assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.




- Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors on behalf of clients when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and tax legislation.
- Deliver training and workshops to clients on financial management topics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial consulting, preferably within a public accounting firm or corporate finance department.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican accounting standards (NIFs) and tax legislation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) is highly advantageous.
