About the Role

Our client, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment and Selection Consultant to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This role is critical for delivering best-in-class recruitment services to clients worldwide, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for hard-to-fill positions across diverse industries and geographies. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and your extensive network to identify and engage exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and specialized roles for international clients.
- Develop and implement innovative global sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and background checks.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients globally.
- Provide strategic insights to clients on global talent trends, market intelligence, and effective recruitment approaches.
- Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to optimize sourcing and candidate management.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience across all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders in different time zones.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay abreast of emerging recruitment trends, tools, and methodologies in the global talent market.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment and selection, with a significant focus on international or global roles and executive search.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in specialized or senior-level positions across different countries.
- Deep understanding of global labor markets, cultural nuances, and cross-border recruitment challenges.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients.
- Proficiency with global ATS platforms and recruitment CRM systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent searches.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote, international team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
