Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage robust wireless networks (Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7, 5G, etc.).
- Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal network coverage and performance.
- Configure and maintain wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues, including interference, connectivity, and performance problems.
- Implement and manage wireless network security protocols (WPA3, RADIUS, etc.).
- Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades and optimizations.




- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for wireless network designs and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate wireless solutions with the broader network infrastructure.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in wireless technology and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically focused on wireless network design, deployment, and support.
- In‑depth knowledge of Wi‑Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), protocols, and RF principles.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade wireless hardware (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus).
- Proficiency in using RF planning and analysis tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices for wireless environments.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CWNA, CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
