About the Role

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector with a significant operational footprint, is actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing the selected candidate to work from anywhere within Mexico. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract skilled talent across various industrial roles, from plant operations and engineering to supply chain and management. You will work closely with operational leaders to understand workforce needs, build employer brand initiatives specific to the industrial sector, and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial talent markets, a proven ability to manage high-volume and specialized recruitment, and strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the needs of the industrial sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable) or manage recruitment processes directly.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding, for a wide range of industrial positions.
- Build strong relationships with plant managers, engineering leads, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find technical and operational talent.
- Manage recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal in the industrial market.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics, identify bottlenecks,



and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience for all applicants.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in industrial recruitment.
- Manage external recruitment partnerships and vendor relationships as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a management or senior specialist role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical, operational, and skilled trade roles.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican industrial labor market, particularly in regions like Sonora .
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
