About the Role

Our client, a leading consultancy in talent management, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts in Zapopan, Jalisco . You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract and secure top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet client needs.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with clients, understanding their organizational culture and talent requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals (if applicable).
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and report on key metrics.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (6+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment management, or executive search.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or adaptable work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a strong asset.
