Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and consultative advice on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and ATS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
