About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Diseñador/a Instruccional para Plataformas de Aprendizaje Infantil for a fully remote position. This role is responsible for designing engaging and effective online learning experiences for young children. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement digital curricula and interactive content for our client's innovative educational platform. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of instructional design principles, child development, and digital learning technologies. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, animators, and developers to create high-quality educational modules that are both fun and pedagogically sound. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials for online learning platforms targeting young children (ages 3-8).
- Apply principles of instructional design, learning theories, and child development to create effective digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with content creators, animators, and developers to produce high-quality multimedia learning assets.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for educational games, videos, and interactive exercises.
- Define learning objectives and measurable outcomes for all digital content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials through user testing and data analysis.
- Ensure all content is age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and aligns with educational standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project scope.




- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and early childhood education.
- Provide feedback and guidance to development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design, with a focus on digital learning for children.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning principles for early ages.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
- Experience in creating storyboards, scripts, and interactive content.
- Excellent visual design skills and an eye for user experience (UX) in digital interfaces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant instructional design work for children is required.
