Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage high-profile executive search projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement bespoke talent acquisition strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives.
- Conduct extensive market mapping, research, and candidate engagement for niche and senior-level roles.
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Provide expert strategic advice and market insights to C-suite executives and hiring managers.




- Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team in a remote setting.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Drive best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously innovate recruitment approaches and technologies to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in executive search, retained recruitment, or strategic talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives (C-suite, VP, Director).
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage complex projects, and deliver under pressure in a remote environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and functions.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
