About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and organized Arquitecto/a BIM y Coordinador de Proyectos to enhance their project delivery capabilities in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes . This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM standards, coordinating multidisciplinary models, and resolving clashes to optimize design and construction processes. The adecuado candidate possesses advanced technical skills in BIM software, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and excellent coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
- Create, manage, and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP).
- Perform clash detection and resolution, identifying and addressing potential conflicts before construction.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure effective BIM implementation.




- Contribute to the planning and execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM technology and its applications in the AEC industry.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years focused on BIM implementation and project coordination.
- Expert proficiency in Revit Architecture and a strong understanding of other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex BIM models.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and project management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within project teams.
- Experience in the Aguascalientes construction market is advantageous.
