Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Provide HR consulting services to clients on various topics, including labor law compliance, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Assist clients with talent management initiatives, such as performance management and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges.
- Stay current with HR legislation,



industry trends, and best practices.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Contribute to the development of HR best practices within the consulting firm.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for clients.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or recruitment consulting.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new HR areas.
