About the Role

Our client is a leading innovator in digital learning solutions for early childhood education and is seeking a talented and creative Desarrollador(a) de Currículum para Educación Infantil to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Mexico. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and refining engaging and effective educational content and curricula for children aged 0-6. This role requires a unique blend of pedagogical expertise, creativity, and technical proficiency, focusing on creating interactive and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early education technology.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and educational activities for early learners, emphasizing play-based learning and discovery. Create engaging digital content, including interactive modules, games, videos, and printables, that support curriculum objectives. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia developers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of educational materials. Conduct research on current trends and best practices in early childhood education and educational technology to inform curriculum development. Adapt and revise existing curriculum materials based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving educational standards. Ensure all developed content is aligned with developmental milestones and learning standards for the target age group.



Maintain organized documentation and project management of curriculum development initiatives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in curriculum design and development, specifically for early childhood education (ages 0-6).
- Strong understanding of child development principles, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches in early years.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and tools for content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Portfolio showcasing previous curriculum development projects is highly desirable.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
