About the Role

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding and developing new hires and operational staff, ensuring they acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You will collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to deliver impactful training programs that drive performance and business results.

What You'll Do

- Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Design, update, and customize training materials and presentations.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and administer assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
- Coordinate system access and onboarding requirements for new hires.
- Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, and leadership teams to align training with business goals.
- Support the launch of new campaigns, initiatives, and process updates.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma

✅ Bilingual English & Spanish (English level B2+ or higher)

✅ Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills





✅ Advanced Power Point skills

✅ Experience creating training materials and instructional content

✅ Availability to work versátil schedules

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ 6+ months of experience as a Trainer, Teacher, or Facilitator

⭐ 6+ months of experience in Sales or Sales Training

⭐ Certifications in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or related fields
