Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests upon arrival and bid them farewell at the end of their stay, providing friendly and personalized service.
- Assist with luggage and ensure it is delivered to guests’ rooms within the timeframe established by our service standards.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, coordinate their departures, and provide assistance throughout the process.
- Safeguard and deliver luggage, packages, and personal belongings in accordance with established procedures.
- Keep the entrance, luggage area, and luggage carts clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Follow up on guest requests and pending matters, and communicate relevant information to the team to ensure continuity of service.
- Respect guests’ privacy and take care of their belongings, always maintaining a discreet and professional attitude.

Qualifications

- At least one year of previous experience in a similar role; experience in luxury hotels is preferred.
- Conversational English.
- Genuine service orientation, friendly communication, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling luggage, personal belongings, and information.




- Professional appearance and commitment to service standards.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
