Benefits:
Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM Working Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 days off (Sunday + 1 weekday off) Assist customers with navigating online application processes and educate them on products and services. Support clients with payment scheduling or account adjustments. English Proficiency: Advanced/fluent verbal and written English communication skills (MUST).
Experience:
6 months of customer service experience required.
